Mr. Shivanand Madannavar

The establishment of Adishakti Trust by Mr. Shivanand Madannavar is deeply rooted in his fervent desire to serve society as a leading social servant and catalyst for positive change. Motivated by a profound commitment to upliftment, Mr. Shivanand Madannavar recognized the pressing need to empower marginalized communities, particularly women, youths, and impoverished children.

Central to his vision was the creation of sustainable opportunities for socio-economic
advancement, with a specific focus on women’s empowerment. Understanding the transformative potential of employment, especially for women, Mr. Shivanand Madannavar pioneered the establishment of the Adishakti Garment Factory. Through this initiative, he aimed not only to provide employment opportunities but also to foster economic independence, dignity, and empowerment among women in the community.
